Free Postal Entry Route

In accordance with UK competition law, Winclub Giveaway provides a free postal entry route for all competitions. No purchase is necessary to enter any draw. Postal entries carry the same chance of winning as paid entries.

1. How to Enter by Post

To enter any active competition for free, send a handwritten postcard or letter in a sealed envelope to the following address:

2. Required Information

Your postal entry must clearly include all of the following information:

  1. The name of the competition you wish to enter (as displayed on the Website).
  2. Your full name (first name and surname).
  3. Your date of birth (to confirm you are aged 18 or over).
  4. Your full postal address (house number/name, street, town/city, county, postcode).
  5. Your telephone number.
  6. Your email address.
  7. Your answer to the qualifying question displayed on the competition page.

Entries that are missing any of the above information, or that contain an incorrect answer to the qualifying question, will be deemed invalid and will not be processed.

3. Entry Rules

  • You may submit multiple free postal entries for the same competition, up to a maximum of 5 postal entries per person per competition.
  • Each entry must be mailed separately in its own envelope or as a separate postcard. Multiple entries enclosed in a single envelope will be treated as one entry only.
  • Hand-delivered entries are not accepted. All entries must be sent via Royal Mail or another postal delivery service. Any entry delivered by hand to our registered address or any other location will not be processed.
  • Postal entries must be received at the above address before the competition closing date. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.
  • 48-hour rule: Entries received within 48 hours of the competition closing date are not guaranteed to be processed in time for that draw due to postal handling and administrative processing times. We strongly recommend posting your entry well in advance of the closing date.
  • Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Winclub Giveaway is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected by the postal service.

4. Website Account Requirement

To ensure that your postal entry is correctly linked to you, you must have an active account on our Website with details that match those provided on your postal entry. If you do not already have an account, please register at winclubgiveaway.com before sending your postal entry. The name and email address on your postal entry must match your Website account details exactly.

If you submit a postal entry without a matching Website account, we will attempt to contact you via the email address provided to request that you register. If you do not register an account within 7 days of our request, your postal entry may not be processed.

5. Processing of Postal Entries

Valid postal entries are processed within 5 working days of receipt. Upon processing, you will be assigned a random ticket number from the remaining pool for that competition, in the same manner as paid entries. You will receive an email confirmation to the address provided on your entry, containing your ticket number(s).

Postal entries are entered into the draw on exactly the same basis as paid entries. There is no difference in the probability of winning between a postal entry and a paid entry.

6. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any postal entry that:

  • Contains false, misleading, or incomplete information.
  • Is submitted by a person under the age of 18.
  • Does not include a correct answer to the qualifying question.
  • Exceeds the maximum number of postal entries permitted per person per competition.
  • Is hand-delivered rather than posted.
  • Cannot be matched to a valid Website account.
