How do I enter a competition?
Browse the active competitions on our Website, select the one you would like to enter, answer the qualifying question correctly, choose how many tickets you want, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is complete, your randomly generated ticket number(s) will be assigned immediately and displayed on screen, in your account, and in your confirmation email.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes. After every successful purchase, you will receive an email confirmation containing details of the competition you entered, the number of tickets purchased, and your assigned ticket number(s). If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, contact us at [email protected].
How are ticket numbers assigned?
Ticket numbers are randomly generated from the remaining pool of available numbers at the time of your purchase. This ensures fair and unbiased distribution. No two entrants can hold the same ticket number for the same competition.
How many tickets can I buy?
You may purchase up to 1,000 tickets per transaction. There is no overall limit per competition, so you can make multiple purchases. Each purchase will be assigned new random ticket numbers from the remaining pool.
How is the winner decided?
The winning ticket number is selected using Google's random number generator (RNG) during a live draw broadcast on our Facebook page and YouTube channel. The process is fully transparent β anyone can watch the draw happen in real time. The RNG selects one number from the total pool of assigned ticket numbers.
When do draws take place?
Each competition page displays the scheduled draw date and time. If all tickets sell out before the scheduled date, the draw may be brought forward with at least 24 hours' notice.
How will I know if I win?
Winners are notified via email within 48 hours of the draw. We also announce winners on our Facebook page, YouTube channel, Telegram community, and the Winners page on our Website. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are correct and up to date.
How can I check if I've won?
You can check the Winners page on our Website at any time. If you have an account, your account dashboard will also display any prizes you have won. Draws are conducted live, so you can also watch the draw on Facebook or YouTube to see the result in real time.
How long do competitions run for?
The duration varies by competition. Each competition page clearly displays the closing date and time. Competitions may end earlier if all tickets sell out.
Who can enter?
Anyone aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom may enter, unless otherwise stated on the specific competition page. Employees and immediate family members of Winclub Giveaway Ltd are excluded from entering.
What prizes do you offer?
We offer a range of prizes including cars, motorcycles, tech products, luxury items, experiences, and cash prizes. Each competition page describes the prize in detail, including any applicable specifications, modifications, or conditions.
Can I choose a cash alternative instead of the prize?
Where a cash alternative is offered, it will be of the same value as the original Prize. The amount is clearly stated on the competition page. Winners can choose either the physical prize or the cash alternative, but not both. You must inform us of your choice within 7 days of claiming your prize.
How is my personal data used?
We use your personal data to process your competition entries, manage your account, send confirmation and winner notification emails, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Do I have to opt in to marketing?
No. Marketing communications are entirely optional and require your explicit consent. You can opt in or out at any time through your account settings or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
What are my chances of winning?
Your chances depend on the total number of tickets available and how many you hold. For example, if a competition has 5,000 tickets and you hold 10, your chances are 10 in 5,000 (or 1 in 500). The total number of tickets is always displayed on the competition page. Every valid ticket has an equal chance of being selected.
What happens if a competition doesn't sell out?
Every competition runs to its scheduled Closing Date and time and the draw takes place as advertised, regardless of how many Tickets have been sold. We may only change, extend or cancel a Competition in very exceptional and unavoidable circumstances beyond our control. In the rare event of cancellation, all Ticket holders receive a full refund within 14 working days via the original payment method.
Can I get a refund on my tickets?
No. Once a ticket number has been assigned, the purchase cannot be refunded because the digital service has been fully delivered and the ticket allocation has been permanently altered. If we cancel a competition, full refunds are issued automatically within 14 working days.
Do you offer coupon codes or discounts?
From time to time, we may issue coupon codes or promotional discounts. These are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time of issue. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major debit and credit cards through our secure payment processor, Paytriot. Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be available depending on your device and browser. All transactions are processed securely using PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant systems.
Will my bank show this as a subscription?
No. Each ticket purchase is a one-off transaction. We do not operate any subscription or recurring payment model. Your bank statement will show a single charge from Paytriot or Winclub Giveaway for each purchase.
Do I need an account to enter?
No. You can enter as a guest by providing your name and email address at checkout. However, creating a free account gives you access to features such as ticket tracking, cashback rewards, the referral programme, and an easier checkout experience for future entries.
What are cashback and the referral programme?
Every purchase or postal entry earns a small percentage back as cashback credit, which can be applied to future ticket purchases. The referral programme lets you share a unique link with friends β when they make their first entry (paid or postal), you earn additional cashback credit. Cashback rates may vary and are displayed in your account. Postal entrants receive cashback on exactly the same basis as paying entrants.
Are vehicle prizes checked before handover?
Yes. All vehicle prizes undergo a thorough inspection before being handed over to the winner. Vehicles will be provided with a valid MOT (where applicable) and at least 3 months' road tax. Any modifications listed on the competition page are included. We recommend winners arrange their own insurance before taking possession.
How does Winclub Giveaway stay compliant?
Winclub Giveaway operates as a prize competition under the Gambling Act 2005. To stay compliant, we offer a free postal entry route for every competition β anyone can enter without purchase by following the steps in our Postal Entry section of the Terms and Conditions. The entry question is a feature of the competition; the free postal route is our legal basis for the prize draw. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
What are bonus draws?
Occasionally, we run bonus draws for existing ticket holders, regardless of whether those tickets were obtained through paid purchase or via the free postal entry route. These bonus draws apply to all existing ticket holders. They may include additional prizes or rewards drawn from the same ticket pool as the main competition. Bonus draws are announced on our social media channels and are free for qualifying ticket holders.

Do I have to pay for delivery if I win?
No. Following our successful verification of the Winner, we will arrange the free delivery of your Prize to the UK address on your account. Cash prizes are paid by bank transfer.
